Rolfing by Paige

Rolfing Structural Integration is a type of bodywork developed by Dr. Ida Rolf in the mid-20th century. It focuses on the deep manipulation of the connective tissue, also known as fascia, which surrounds muscles, bones, and organs in the body. The goal is to realign and balance the body's structure, improving posture, movement, and overall function.

Some benefits include:

Improved posture, reduced pain and tension, better mobility and flexibility, enhanced balance and coordination, stress reduction, and injury prevention!

In essence, Rolfing is a hands-on method that helps release the physical tension stored in the body and improves its alignment for better health and well-being. It’s a holistic approach that connects the body’s structure with how it functions in everyday life.
